The gifts you provide, ensure our youth have access to programming that will help them develop the essential life and vocational skills that will allow them to become productive and successful members of our community. Over the next year, MHY Family Services will support the trauma-based needs of close to 1000 youth and families. Donations from YOU: individuals, families, businesses and Foundations, will help MHY Family Services to serve those who need our care. Please help. Planned Giving

Please consider adding a charitable bequest to your Will or Estate Plan to ensure the future of MHY Family Services. By naming Mars Home for Youth Foundation in your will or by adding a codicil to your will is a wonderful and memorable way to leave your legacy to MHY. Tribute Donations

MHY gives you the opportunity to make a monetary donation to honor someone’s birthday, anniversary, graduation, the birth of a child or any other special occasion, or in memory of a friend or relative. Tribute cards are personalized and sent from MHY to the individual being honored or the designated recipient of someone being memorialized. Each tribute card includes your name and address.

Employer Match Programs

Ask your employer if your workplace offers a charitable donation match program. This is a great way to expand your donation. Simply contact your matching gift program officer and obtain the appropriate documents to complete and send to MHY to complete and submit.

Endowment Fund

Establishing an endowment fund creates lasting financial resources for MHY to help ensure that the at-risk youth and families who depend on our support can continue to count on MHY for many years to come.

Life Income Gifts

Donating stock has become a popular means of gifting, because donors are able to bypass capital gains taxes and receive substantial income tax reductions for their generosity to MHY. Please contact Amy Smith at 724-625-3141 ext. 228 to receive instructions for transfer.

Life Insurance

Transferring ownership of a life insurance policy to MHY, or by making MHY the named beneficiary of your policy, is an affordable way to guarantee a sizeable legacy to the agency.
